Moved Petclinic to 2.5.1 Spring Boot Release and aligned with its source repo - if we must continue using 2.3.6.RELEASE version of Spring Boot, we must use 2.3.6.RELEASE of Spring Boot branch of Spring-Petclinic-Microservices (https://github.com/Azure-Samples/spring-petclinic-microservices/tree/2.3.6.RELEASE)
