jumphost and jump box terms are used interchangeably, let's use one term #39

Main README modified to remove the usage of the word "jump host". The machine running in the hub is now simply called a virtual machine. Technically the Azure Bastion is providing "jump host" functionality and the only purpose of the existence of the virtual machine is to access the Spring Cloud website over private IP space.

@mattfeltonma this is visible through the script as well. Saw a mix of jumphost and jump box

I have changed all reference to be jumphost and will switch to Windows 10 after our discussion today
