Script URL is pulling the bleeding edge release

Are downloading v10.25.0, this version is not working completely (see: https://github.com/Azure/azure-storage-azcopy/issues/2694). Can these download URLs be fixed to allow a train to be specified, or use a tag to keep these bleeding edge versions out the download train.
