Let me create an aka.ms link to https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-cpp#download--install-the-sdk so that we can update it if the location changes without having to change the link in this README.
@jongio - do you have a recommended spot where we should create such aka.ms links to help folks know where to go to get the track2 libraries when they land on a track1 repo README/webpage?
