BlockBlobService create_container stops work suddenly #660

What problem was encountered?

When I use the below code to create_container, error encountered accidentally. Before this problem the same code run successfully for many months. It just throws errors suddenly.

blob = BlockBlobService(account, key) blob.create_container(name, meta, fail_on_exist=False)
