CI Missing due to travis-ci.org ceased #275

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.

Do we have an official account (azure-sdk) for the travis-ci?
Do we still want to use travis-ci or we should migrate to use our own CI?\
