Where is the IoT Hub extension? #68

It seems logical that there should be first-class integration between Azure IoT Hub Send/Receive and Azure Functions Input/Output.

On a related note, we do have a new EventHub trigger (in the core SDK repo here) which is supported in Azure Functions. Nothing for Azure IoT Hub currently.

Moving this back to next milestone to be considered for next planning cycle. We've had a few more customers reach out and ask about first class IoT hub support.
