Change the Dashboard url link #142

change the url link from /azurejobs to /webjobs. This will likely require a change from the Kudu side so we need to syncup to their release

Or maybe to /dashboard or /webjobs-dashboard?

/dashboard is too generic since there are many siteextensions which can be rooted to the site.

If we change the link I think we should use something that we use in other places. /azurewebjobs is a nice one because it is similar to this git repo link.

However... "Azure" is pretty redundant in the name since the extension already runs in an Azure service. Maybe just /webjobs is enough?
