reformatted the layout of request and response, new looking for json #736

Change:

changed the panel container to be fixed size
made request container and response container scrollable when the content grows
added recognizing logic to application/Json type in raw request process and display as Json format with
New Dependency:
react-json-view (https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-json-view)
