Error Related to Fedaral Identity Record #1407

I just tried to deploy my Node.js Application to Azure Functions (Consumption) through GitHub Actions and this error persist and I have also updated my publish profile in Action secrets. Can anyone assist me where I made mistake or some issues related to Azure?
