RFE: Support for Application Settings and Connection Strings in AppService #247

I don't see any way to add application settings strings when provisioning appservices.

Ideally, the following would be available:

Connection Strings
Application Strings (arbitrary Key/Value with Slot Setting bool)
Anything else in Configuration->General Settings or Configuration sub panels (WebSockets, AlwaysOn, RemoteDebugging, etc.).

Is this already in the works? Would a PR for such a feature be accepted (assuming it's supported by the underlying sdk. I haven't checked yet what these features map back to.)?

Here's a list of configuration I have not been able to add via azure_rm_webapp but please mention if some of these are already possible:

connection strings
http version
Always On
web sockets
http version
custom domains

Set slot / not-slot settings for all app settings and connection strings

HI @jxn contribution is always welcomed! app_settings is supported in the module, while others not. Would you like to contribute a PR?

@yungezz sorry, the project I needed this for is now moved to AWS, so I won't have any time to do a PR anymore (at least not any time soon).
