[Sample]Fix pipeline densenet sample's dependency issue

Description

This pull request includes updates to the dependencies in two conda.yaml files to ensure compatibility with the latest versions and to fix a known issue with setuptools.

Dependency updates:

• cli/jobs/pipelines-with-components/image_classification_with_densenet/image_cnn_train/conda.yaml: Updated azureml-mlflow to use a version greater than or equal to 1.41.0 and added packaging version 22.0 to fix a setuptools issue.
• sdk/python/jobs/pipelines/2d_image_classification_with_densenet/imagecnn_train/conda.yaml: Updated azureml-mlflow to use a version greater than or equal to 1.41.0 and added packaging version 22.0 to fix a setuptools issue.
