Took reference from @sagarsumant 's PR here: https://github.com/Azure/azureml-examples/pull/3135

Consolidated the finetune job submission and deployment and inference in one end-to-end notebook.
Added way to programmatically get the finetuned model from job.
Added way to programmatically get the serverless endpoint keys for inferencing.
