remove torchserve HF textgen examples

Description

The example is failing due to changes in HF side container. As this example is less relevant, we're removing this specific example. We'll introduce a more relevant example.

The only workflow that fails is because that script is removed and not needed any more. The workflow shouldn't be triggered going forward.
