Scaler Engine failed with Error .

1.Timeout value of 00:30:00 exceeded by function 'Functions.BellhopScaler' (Id: '5b78ae85-491f-462a-8697-1a89cfe0e7ab'). Initiating cancellation.

  1. Your function 'BellhopScaler' is queuing requests as there are no available runspaces. You may be able to increase your throughput by following the best practices on https://aka.ms/functions-powershell-concurrency.

Additional Detail. Resource Type: SQL database Comment: When i tried to manually scale, it is taking time around 45 minutes
