I removed the orphaned hint.

The pipeline fails, because the module is marked as orphaned and is expecting the orphaned.md, which I removed ¯\(ツ)/¯

Hey @ReneHezser, it appears the file was updated. Will approve and merged. Just one word of advice: Update your local Bicep version ;) I see in the main.json that you're not using the latest :)
