Missing modules in ApiManagement: Microsoft.ApiManagement/service/apis/operations and Microsoft.ApiManagement/service/apis/operations/policies #2419

Hi,

I'm trying to add operations to an API in API Management.

I think these two modules are missing: Microsoft.ApiManagement/service/apis/operations and policies beneath it: Microsoft.ApiManagement/service/apis/operations/policies .

Or is there another way to use them with the existing modules?
