When downloading a template from portal, it shows the presence of a type tier, which is not present in the bicep documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.network/natgateways?pivots=deployment-language-bicep#natgatewaysku

@stephaniezyen this is not VPN Gateway product, this is NAT gateway.
