To Reproduce Create a .bicep file and open the "Edit" --> "Advanced" menu

This is Bicep in VS. Related to #14316?

@StephenWeatherford I cannot reproduce this on my system (17.10 )anymore...

However, it should work according to https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-azuretools.visualstudiobicep

I tested on another system with Visual Studio version 17.9.2 and this still works (using the same version = latest from the bicep extension).
