Create custom management group terraform #214

I want to create my own management groups with custom name using landing zone for management groups terraform. Below i've attached the management hierarchy

Not sure this is a bug? you can create the hierarchy you want simply by editing a custom_landing_zones.tfvars to include what you need, and then altering the deploy_core_landing_zones variable to ensure that it's false
