Describe the solution you'd like Integrate automation runbook support in caf_solution module

This can be done as soon ass the issue below become fixed.

Hi Team,

Could you please merge this pull request to the main branch, which has been pending for 8 months? As a result, we are unable to create runbooks and schedulers, and it is critical that we use the automation account to start and stop the Azure VMs.
