latest v1.0.7 does not seem to run anything

I just noticed there was a new release which seems to have broken our workflow. It looks like the action isn't actually executing anything. The task doesn't report a failure and the workflow continues, yet there is no output in the logs and it did not do what it is supposed to do.

When reverting back to v1.0.6 everything works as expected.

I am running selfhosted agents with node 16.
