Update version in README.md to v2 #114

I'm sure there are more updates needed for the documentation, but at least let's not confuse people with the current version. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my code.

Are you sure that there are no breaking changes going from V1, to V2? Why have they even updated the version then?
