[pod-identity] Stabilize e2e for aad pod identity #24

Acceptance Criteria:

e2e tests are run on clean clusters each time
e2e tests build out necessary resources for tests to pass

Hi @jchauncey - as we discussed, the following script to stand up the components required for the test is present here after merging the e2e test fixes: https://github.com/Azure/aad-pod-identity/blob/master/test/e2e/setup.sh. Since your Jenkins job is already calling at the aks-engine calls, with that script getting called at bootstrap you should be able to get your job to progress. Please let me know if we need to discuss more.
