Win8.xx.msu file missing #2

When trying 'cyclecloud project upload'

I am getting the error:

**** Error: Unexpected command failure: Unable to find blob 'Win8.1AndW2K12R2-KB3134758-x64.msu', please make sure this file exists and try again.
