Added the azure DNS instead of google dns resolver as things like private endpoints do not work when using google DNS in the created domain controller.

I was also getting some getaddr errors while trying to spin up a slighly customized hpc cluster which are gone now after this change - i suspect this might already be set in the standard template on cyclecloud but not here.
