Describe the bug Policy infra\Policies\PolicyDefinitions\DataExplorer\params.policyDefinition.Deny-DataExplorer-TrustedExternalTenants.json does not have the desired effect of only allowing the used tenant.

Deploy Kusto Cluster with settings to allow tenants
