Adding Runner-Images folder, as well as documentation regarding utilizing custom image support and the ADE CLI

I think we should just have our latest version for each of our runners. We can always use git history to inspect older version of the images. Good idea to reference the version of each runner though! Maybe we could just have a reference to each image's version in the readme?
