Deployment stacks visible on resources that are lower in the scope #153

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would nice to see the deployments stacks on the applied scope. For example; When we deploy a stack on a subscription that contains two resource groups with resources. It would be nice to see this in the deployment stack menu item of the resource group.

This should for example show that the resource group is managed by a stack higher in the tree.

Describe the solution you'd like

Visibility of the managed by deployment stack on resources lower in the tree.

Hello @maikvandergaag - to help clarify, are you asking if within the "Settings"->"Deployment Stacks" view of an RG, you would also like to see the list of stacks at the higher Subscription scope that deploy to that RG?
