Update production and trigger deployment #45

This deployment doesn't have many terraform changes. Best practice is to merge regularly to avoid drift.

merge all updated code, mostly docs and pipelines into production branch <-- then we'll see if pipeline fixes also work for production environment
terraform: update provider versions
