Upgrade azuread provider #50

Currently project does not run because of dependency and deprecation issues. This PR fixes that by updating dependencies including, upgrading Azure AD provider from v1 to v2 https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azuread/latest/docs/guides/microsoft-graph

The breaking change here is that passwords are now generated by Azure AD and cannot be set by Terraform.
