Deletes an application’s helm release and reaps relevant artifacts for the app.

draft delete does not take the application name as an argument at the moment. It takes the helm release name from the draft.toml file. There was some discussion about storing app information on the server side, so that it could be accessed and used by the client. This would enable things like draft delete <app-name>.
