Draftd App State Storage #480

Persist application state to enable retrospecting on logs, builds, as well as to support draft delete.

This is a meta-issue to track the design and implementation details of the storage layer for draftd.

looks like this has been implemented via #491 and can be closed. Let's track draft logs stuff in #469 :)
