Why the need of the same assignment "DenyAction-DeleteUAMIAMA" twice? #727

One is located under node Security, and the other under node Monitoring. My question is simply why? Is this an error or what is the added value here? Not sure I totally follow... Surely looks like an unnecessary duplicate to me. Thanks!
