Would be great to have more examples of APIM policies, especially if this is shared service. Often you don't want all consumers to have the same model access, and this is something where APIM should play a role.
Technically you could do this in the AI Proxy as well, but best would be to use the APIM service for identity management.
Examples:
Allow specific model deployments only for a certain group (e.g. deployments without filters, or new models like GPT-4-Turbo)
