This pull request includes updates to content filtering policies and deployment script resources in the Azure CLI.

Main changes:

infra/modules/ai/rai_policies/low-filtering-policy.json: Updated the content filtering level for certain policies in the low-filtering-policy.json file, allowing more lenient content filtering.
infra/modules/ai/cognitiveservices.bicep: Updated the Azure CLI version and changed the naming convention for deployment script resources in the cognitiveservices.bicep file. [1] [2]
