cleanup unused "replace"
fix the CVE-2023-47108 go.opentelemetry.io/contrib/instrumentation/google.golang.org/grpc/otelgrpc introduced by k8s.io/apiextensions-apiserver v0.30.2 (which is the latest version). Manually replaced the otelgrpc go version.
