chore: fix the ci github action #901

Description of your changes

The github action will be stopped because of no disk space.

##[warning]You are running out of disk space. The runner will stop working when the machine runs out of disk space. Free space left: 48 MB

Delete files to free space
increase the eventually duration for the deployment to reduce the flakiness
