CVE-2024-41110 was introduced by github.com/crossplane/crossplane-runtime v0.20.1

Recommendation, Upgrade github.com/docker/docker from v24.0.4+incompatible to 25.0.6 to fix the vulnerability.

This package was removed from the latest crossplane-runtime.
