Access to Storage Account

Changed from key-based access to Managed Identity access.

NL2SQL Data Ingestion

Added support for NL2SQL data ingestion to separate NL2SQL data from the RAG index (ragindex).
Sample files: Added examples in samples/nl2sql/columns, samples/nl2sql/tables, and samples/nl2sql/queries.

Documentation Updates

README.md: Major restructuring to include new sections on document ingestion, chunking, and NL2SQL ingestion processes, with updated instructions for developers and users.

Note: this one has a dependency with https://github.com/Azure/GPT-RAG/pull/242 that needs to be merged first.
