Prerequisites #115

At https://github.com/Azure/iisnode/blob/master/README.md on the "Prerequisites for using" session, states that for using iisnode the "Latest node.js build for Windows" is needed. But at https://github.com/Azure/iisnode/wiki/iisnode-wiki#prerequisities it doesn't. Which one is right?

My bad, both mentions it (just in different words). That's settled then.
