Hi,

The link to Reverse HTTP Web Proxy is broken here

I suppose that was one of the samples (http) that got deleted in [#9]?(https://github.com/Azure/iot-edge-opc-proxy-api-csharp/pull/9/commits/ad34fa0902823a01b9cee8378d4573567ac7b9be)
