Describe the bug Need to edit 3rd debug message at startup.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Bridge
  2. Observe 3rd debug line of outpout

Expected behavior Pnp Bridge is running as am IoT egde device. should be; Pnp Bridge is running as an IoT Edge device.
