Jenkins Resource Deployment Failed #41

I'm following instructions in: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/developer/jenkins/configure-on-linux-vm?source=docs

Resource creation is failing with error:

I re-tried a couple of times and tried creating the server with password instead of SSH key. Same result.
