Fix GitHub action deprecation warnings #78

This PR is to fix the set-output command deprecation errors.

An example of this error:

Warning: The set-output command is deprecated and will be disabled soon. Please upgrade to using Environment Files. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/

The only GitHub action I could find that would be causing this issue was actions/checkout. Related fix: https://github.com/actions/checkout/issues/959

Examples are:

and
