Upgrade to Node20 #55

Since actions based on Node 16 are deprecated, I propose to upgrade this action to use Node 20.

@davidgamero Thanks for the hint regarding the signing and sorry that I forgot to do that it the first place.

Closing this PR since the changes are also included in #56
