Is there any documentation on the limitations of this? #176

Describe the request : Is there any consolidated document which lists out the limitations of the Key Vault Flex Volume? For example, it doesn't support Windows containers etc.

Explain why Key Vault FlexVolume needs it : It makes decision making a lot easier.

Describe the solution you'd like : A consolidated document with a bulleted list of items which are the limitations and a link to that page on the repo's README.md file.
