Title Renaming models and their properties in Portal on based on suggestion received on TypeSpec PR.

Changes Added support for new properties along with old properties

testType -> kind autoStopEnabled -> autoStopDisabled errorRateTimeWindow -> errorRateTimeWindowInSeconds
