Unable to authorize Twitter App #1062

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Go To Logic Apps, Create a WOrkflow Try to add a trigger for twitter It asks for a connector. Specify the required fiedls. kindly note that in the value for the Authentication type, it only lists " Bring your own application." . After filling these fields, when you click on Sign in, the browser returns from the pop up window with a error.

Failed to login. Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized)

Additional context

When i try to create a new workflow, i try to add a new twitter connection for twitter and after giving the required credentials, a pop for authorization does not appear and hence the request fails.
