Spaces removed in logicApps actions at deploy time #705

Describe the Bug

Since a couple of days we are noticing a severe incident during deploy of our LogicApps with ARM templates and Azure DevOps.

One deploy triggers multiple version of the LogicApp and multiple "Set Workflow" with some time in between, but in the last "Set Workflow" all spaces are removed from parameters of LogicApp Actions.

  1. Deploy LogicApp with Azure DevOps (ARM template)
  2. Go to Activity Log
  3. Check History
